Egg tart is one of the special food in Hong Kong.We can see it in bakeries and some supermarkets.We don't eat often but we eat sometimes.Egg tart is an old-line special food,it founded in 1940s.The organiger was Mr.Lee who was a businessman.He tried to use the Chinese cooking method and the Western cooking method to make an egg tart.He made it!And he started to promote this food.Also,Mr.Lee opened a restaurant------the first cha chaan teng.Lots of people patronaged.Nowadays,people still love to eat the egg tarts but just they don't have time to eat.
